CoWalk helps software companies drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion from inside the product itself. We're building a new model where teams define the strategy and CoWalk helps make it happen in-product.

Why CoWalk exists

We kept seeing the same problem.

Software companies build powerful products, win customers, and close deals, but many users still struggle to get value after the sale. Documentation, training, and support calls help, but too much onboarding, adoption, and user enablement still depends on manual follow-up outside the product.

That creates a real business problem: slow onboarding, shallow adoption, unnecessary friction, missed expansion, and teams doing too much work by hand.

We started CoWalk to change that.

What we're building

CoWalk is an in-product AI layer that helps users get to value faster, supports them when they get stuck, and helps software companies act on adoption, risk, and expansion signals in real time.

Instead of relying only on dashboards, reminders, and human follow-up, CoWalk works inside the product itself, where onboarding, adoption, and product guidance actually happen.
